Three easy steps

How booking works

  1. Step 1: Book your places

Fill in the form below. Your places are reserved — not confirmed — and you get a unique reference that looks like HAL-001.

  2. Step 2: Pay by bank transfer

The bank details appear on the next page, with the amount due. Use your HAL reference as the payment reference so the transfer can be matched to your booking.

  3. Step 3: We confirm by email

Once the payment has arrived, your booking is marked paid and a confirmation email comes to you. That email is the thing that means your places are secure.

Please make payment within 24 hours. Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been received. Unpaid reservations may be released after 24 hours.

Questions

How much is it, and does everyone need a ticket?
It is £4 per person, and yes — every person attending needs a ticket, adults included. Two adults and two children is four tickets, so £16. That is also how the 100 places are counted: a booking uses one place per person, not one per family. Children’s food is included in the ticket price, and there is a bar available for the grown-ups. Places are limited to 100 people in total, so booking is required.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer. When you submit the form you get a unique reference that looks like HAL-001, and the bank details appear on the page straight afterwards. Use that reference as the payment reference — it is how your transfer is matched to your booking, and it saves a great deal of guesswork at our end. There is no card payment for this party; a bank transfer keeps the ticket price at £4 rather than paying card fees.
Is my place confirmed as soon as I fill the form in?
Not yet. Submitting the form reserves your places and gives you a reference, and the page will say “Booking received – payment required to secure your places”. Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been received. Please make payment within 24 hours; unpaid reservations may be released after 24 hours. When the payment has been matched you will get an email headed “Your Halloween Party booking is confirmed!”.
What time should we arrive, and where is it?
Doors open at 4:45pm and the party runs from 5:00pm to 7:00pm on Friday 30 October 2026. It is at Urban Arts Studio, Back St Anne’s Rd W, Lytham St Annes, FY8 1QR. Arriving from 4:45pm gives you time to get coats off and find your feet before everything starts at five.
What is included?
A kids entertainer, children’s food, games and music across the whole two hours, and a best fancy dress competition for the children and the grown-ups — costumes are encouraged. A bar is available for the adults. Doors open at 4:45pm and the party runs from 5:00pm to 7:00pm, so it is two hours from start to finish, and every person coming needs a £4 ticket including the adults.
Why do you ask about food allergies?
Because children’s food is included, and the kitchen needs to know who cannot eat what. The allergy and dietary box on the form is about the children who are receiving food — tell us which child and what they must avoid. Only the organiser can see it: it sits behind a login, it is never published or emailed, and it is deleted shortly after the party. If none of your children are eating, leave the box empty.
What happens if it sells out?
There are 100 places in total. When they are gone the booking button becomes “Sold out” and offers a waiting list instead. The waiting list asks only for your name, email, mobile number and how many places you need — nothing about your children, because there is no reason to collect that until there is a place to go with it. If places come back, the organiser gets in touch with the people on the list.
